I offer a down-to-earth, compassionate space where we can explore what’s going on for you—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, stress, or something harder to name. My approach is evidence-based, but also holistic: I believe that mental health is closely linked to how we care for our bodies, our relationships, and ourselves.
